In our search for the best location, house, garden, neighbours, opportunities, we realised that all the important elements that make a great living situation aligned with our values don't come as a package. Thats why we took everything that matters into one project, a modern house with plenty of rooms, a garden, a location close to the sea but in the middle of nature, self generated energy, possibility to work remote, great likeminded neighbours and of course the best climate in the world.
Some may say that an eco village shouldn't have cellphones, or modern technology, that is not what we are aiming for though, we make our own version of an eco village combined with all the modern tools to survive in the modern world and the comfort we are accustomed to. That goes for both housing, work, facilities and communications. We are creating this project firstly because we desire to live in a place like that."

These houses are standing on their own plots (~800 - 1300sqm) and they are built with functionality and sustainability in mind.
The materials used are non toxic, the engineers made sure that all the houses have minimum EMF radiation, they come by default with integrated solar systems for sustainability and they feature gardens big enough for most people.
Modular Townhouses
When our architect Jose Escobedo presented these houses we were amazed by the range of solutions these provide. They can be as small or big as needed, they can be easily configured to meet your preferred design layout and they employ the same technology as the bigger villas. You can think of these modular townhouses as units of ~50 sqm each, in groups of 6.
Every unit of ~50 sqm has an equally sized private garden on the outside.
