Villa Details

Customization options: All villa structures offer customizable floor plans to add space or bedrooms. Modular homes allow for future expansion (base price may increase depending on customization preferences). 

Structure and Features: Villas feature up to 2 floors.

Premium landscaping with personalized garden designs, solar panels, and utilities are included.

Land Allocation: Each villa comes with 900–1,000 sqm of land, with 200 sqm allocated for the structure. No shared gardens or spaces ensure privacy.

Size and Price Range:

  • Small: 150–180 sqm, starting at €500,000.

  • Large: 220+ sqm, starting at €650,000.

  • Example: A 4-bedroom, 180 sqm villa on a minimum 900 sqm plot is estimated at €650,000. This price includes solar panels, garden design, and utilities.

Total Buildings: 56.
Units per Building: 9 units.
Standard Unit Size: 48+ sqm (1 module).
Modular house units can be customized into larger units of up to 300+ sqm of living space (6 modules).


Modular House Pricing (Based on Size)

  • Small (48+ sqm, 1 module): €110,000+

  • Medium (100 sqm, 2 modules): €200,000+

  • Large (150 sqm, 3 modules): €300,000+

  • Extra-Large (300 sqm, 6 modules): Custom pricing available

€100,000 Investment: Includes a 5% discount on the house price, and priority plot selection

€200,000+ Investment: Best return on investment, a 10% discount on the house price, and priority plot selection.

Timeline:
Community Information & Infrastructure

We are currently in the planning phase, with construction set to begin as early as summer of 2025, pending contract and legal work.

Phased Development (Urbano):

Phase 1: Infrastructure development, model home, and first 10 houses built by the end of 2025.

Phase 2: 50 more homes to be built and the basic common areas (including school) starts early 2026.

Phase 3: Total project completion expected in 3-5 years.

 

Infrastructure: Completion is required before move-in, which will then allow for the license to sell houses.

Step 6: Finalize your purchase. Once the community infrastructure is ready, complete your home purchase and prepare for the next exciting phase.
